Your Role
- Day to day support for commercial business segment: Travel Trade Sales – both indirect and direct
- Lead the fulfillment and execution of contracts, billing, customer service, reporting, marketing initiatives, etc.
- Support the management of inbound process; qualifying, contacting, onboarding, customer support, and renewal
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with the accounts and agents with monthly/quarterly check-ins
- Collaborating with IT, Accounting, Revenue Management, Legal to ensure the business is running smoothly and efficiently internally as well for our customers.
- Support the outbound initiatives to help grow the Travel Trade segment.
- You have a demonstrated history, a minimum of 1-2 years, of working in hotel, cruise, travel agency sales, marketing, or account management with customer service experience.
- You should be proactive, positive and have strong multi-tasking skills.
- You have a personable demeanor with strong verbal and communication skills.
- You have CRM experience, HubSpot preferred.
- You are detailed-oriented and take pride in being organized and have excellent time management skills.
- You have a willingness to learn and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- You have strong computer skills and experience with MS Office.
