Essential Job Functions
- Customer Service: Provide attentive and detailed service to all guests; use suggestive selling techniques when referring to menu options and retail offerings, and cordially share information about our Company services and destinations.
- Merchandising: Responsible for maintaining and managing how merchandise in our market is displayed to drive both revenue and guest experience.
- Loss Prevention: Be aware of guests' behaviors and raise an alarm to the security team in the event of suspicious activity.
- Communication: Monitor and review all Brightline communication channels, including our company intranet, bConnected, during work hours to ensure all company and department communications and notifications are promptly reviewed.
Your Qualifications
- You are a natural people person, comfortable with either retail, food, or beverage sales.
- Staying positive for hours on end (including in stressful times), you adapt your communication style to fit a diverse group of people.
- Standing, walking, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, reaching, and being on your feet for hours on end is something you are able to do.
- While you don’t have to be a mathematician, you possess basic math skills.
- You are a minimum of 18 years old.
- You are able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
