Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist for a full-time, on-site role located in Springfield, MO. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among clients. Responsibilities include developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and providing education to clients and their families. You will also manage documentation and maintain compliance with professional standards and organizational policies to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Speech Therapy techniques and their application in clinical practice.
• Expertise in assessing and treating Speech, Language Disorders, and Communication Disorders.
• Competence in working with Dysphagia and related swallowing disorders.
• Ability to develop and adapt individualized therapy plans based on client needs.
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Missouri.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with clients, families, and team members effectively.
• Experience in behavioral health is a plus but not required.
