What are the responsibilities and job description for the Behavioral Health Technician position at Brighter Tomorrow Behavioral Services?
Brighter Tomorrow Behavioral Services is growing, and we’re looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavior Health Technician (BHT) in our new clinic in Paterson, NJ.
The hours are 8:45a - 4:15p Mon-Fri, the age range is 2-6 years old.
Responsibilities:
- Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in the clinic and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect data on a daily basis
- Communicate regularly with the BCBA
- Provide feedback to parents/guardians regarding daily activities of client
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with coursework in behavior analysis or other related field
- Experience in the field of ABA
