What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like
- Impactful 1:1 Therapy: Delivering direct ABA therapy in home or clinic-based environments.
- Evidence-Based Care: Implementing treatment plans and behavioral programs crafted by supervising BCBAs.
- Clinical Documentation: Precise data collection and session note submission to track every win.
- Active Collaboration: Engaging in staff meetings, training, and peer-to-peer strategy sessions.
- Presence: Commuting to client locations promptly and reliably.
The Brighter Strides Checklist
- The Certification: Active RBT Certification is required.
- The Experience: Proven track record working with children/adolescents with ASD.
- The Communication: Professional English proficiency (written and verbal) for clear reporting and family interaction.
- The Logistics: A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean criminal background check.
