Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) – Clinical Supervisor | Remote

Brighter Strides ABA is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity. We are committed to delivering high-quality, individualized ABA services while providing exceptional support to our clinicians.

At Brighter Strides, we believe exceptional clinical outcomes begin with exceptional clinician support. Our culture is built on collaboration, responsiveness, and mutual respect. We foster a supportive team environment where BCBAs are valued as professionals, have access to leadership when they need guidance, and are encouraged to share ideas, problem-solve together, and grow in their careers. We understand that when our clinicians feel supported, they are able to provide the highest quality care to the children, families, and clinical teams they serve.

As a remote BCBA, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working from home while remaining closely connected to a collaborative clinical leadership team. We prioritize manageable caseloads, flexibility, and work-life balance so our clinicians can thrive both professionally and personally.

Part-time opportunities available with competitive compensation and flexible scheduling.

Compensation & Incentives

We offer competitive compensation along with a performance-based incentive structure designed to recognize and reward clinical excellence, quality outcomes, and productivity. In addition to base compensation, eligible clinicians can earn bi-weekly performance bonuses, providing frequent opportunities to increase overall earnings throughout the year.

Our compensation model is built to support both professional growth and financial success. Clinicians who maintain strong clinical performance and effectively support their caseloads have the potential to significantly enhance their total compensation through our incentive program.

We understand compensation is an important factor in your decision. We encourage you to apply and speak with our team directly to learn more about our compensation package, bi-weekly bonus opportunities, and overall earning potential.
