Role Description
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a full-time, on-site role located in Oklahoma City, OK. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of ABA programs. Additional responsibilities include training and providing support for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), educating and collaborating with parents, and ensuring effective behavior management strategies are in place to achieve targeted goals for children under care.

Qualifications
- Expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Strong skills in Parent Education and Behavior Management
- Background in Psychology and understanding of developmental disorders
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with families and team members
- Flexibility to adapt programs to meet individualized client needs
- Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation and ability to provide on-site services in Oklahoma City, OK
