We’re looking for an experienced accounting specialist/ admin professional who can help us keep raising the bar.
About the Role
As our Accounting Specialist/ Administrative Assistant, you’ll be central to keeping financials, operations, and account orders flowing smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling full accounting cycles using QuickBooks: accounts payable & receivable, reconciliations, general ledger management, financial reporting
- Creating, maintaining, and improving Excel spreadsheets for financial tracking, forecasting, cash flow, and portfolio management
- Managing the company’s in-house financing portfolio (approx. $5 million): billing, payment tracking, reporting, and coordination
- Overseeing administrative tasks: scheduling, vendor relations, equipment, special projects, etc.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements and systems that increase efficiency and reliability
What You Bring
- 3 years in accounting, finance, or admin roles with increasing responsibility
- Deep proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced skills in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, graphs, and financial modeling)
- Experience working with financing or credit portfolios is highly desired
- High attention to detail is critical, strong organizational and analytical skills is a must
- Initiative: someone who sees bottlenecks or inefficiencies and works to improve them

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
