Administrative & Office Management
Manage calendars, appointments, and reminders
Help organize paperwork, contracts, leases, and files
Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle basic client communication
Coordinate with vendors, tenants, clients, and team members
Keep the office stocked, organized, and running smoothly
Help build and maintain simple systems and checklists for recurring tasks
Marketing & Social Media
Help plan and schedule content for Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
Assist with creating simple graphics, flyers, and basic Canva designs
Post property photos, open house announcements, and “day in the life” content
Help track engagement and respond to comments/messages on business pages
Support basic email marketing or newsletter tasks (if needed)
Organize photo/video content and help with captions, ideas, and consistency
General Support
Be a gatekeeper and protector of time and priorities
Follow up on loose ends and make sure projects actually get finished
Be willing to learn the real estate/rental/construction world as you go
