Order Management Analyst.

📌 Job Objective

Support the accurate management and processing of customer sales orders by ensuring data integrity within the system, timely order entry and tracking, and proper coordination with internal teams. This role is responsible for monitoring order status, assisting in issue resolution, and providing operational support to procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to help maintain service levels, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

📌 Responsibilities

• Receive and review sales orders entered into the system, ensuring accuracy of all information (pricing, terms, and commercial conditions).
• Create, manage, and follow up on sales orders for direct customers within the order management system.
• Execute the full order fulfillment process, ensuring end-to-end traceability at every stage.
• Coordinate with warehouses and 3PL providers to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Verify inventory availability and promptly communicate any shortages or delays.
• Monitor open orders, backorders, and shipping deadlines to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Review incoming purchase orders, validating quantities, pricing, and shipping instructions.
• Proactively communicate order status to customers, maintaining clear and professional relationships.
• Resolve issues related to inventory allocation, shipping priorities, and order fulfillment.
• Follow up on delays in coordination with Procurement and Logistics teams, proposing timely solutions.
• Manage documentation related to orders and support the invoicing process with relevant internal teams.
• Handle confidential information related to pricing, quotations, and commercial contracts.

📌 Requirements

Experience

1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, supply chain, or order management, with a focus on order processing and operational support within supply chain environments (Order Management / Logistics / Supply Chain).

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Logistics, or related fields (Supply Chain preferred).

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced Excel skills.

Experience with ERP systems or Power BI is a plus.

Languages

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual required or highly preferred, depending on the role).
