Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Caregiver Coordinator to join our team at BrightCare HomeCare in Mandeville, LA. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating caregiver assignments, ensuring seamless care delivery to our clients. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of care services.
Responsibilities:
Develop and monitor caregiver schedules, ensuring adequate staffing to meet client needs
Coordinate with caregivers, clients, and management teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Manage and maintain accurate records of caregiver assignments, client schedules, and employee hours
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Provide exceptional customer service to clients, caregivers, and internal stakeholders
Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and issues promptly
Conduct on-site training and orientation for new caregivers
Develop and implement strategies to improve caregiver retention and engagement
Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in scheduling, operations, or a related field
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
Authorizes to work in the United States
Caregiving experience or ability is a plus
Work Environment:
Work at our office in Mandeville, LA, with occasional on-site visits to clients' homes
Flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends with on-call compensation
50% of the workload is expected to be in the office, with 50% in the field
