About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with state regulations, and maintain accurate documentation. The successful candidate will also foster a positive team culture, motivate staff, and encourage teamwork. As the face of our agency, you will provide exceptional customer service, ensure clients receive compassionate, personalized care, and build relationships with clients, families, and the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage daily operations, ensuring full compliance with state regulations and policies
• Develop and maintain accurate documentation and records in line with regulatory standards
• Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, motivating staff and encouraging teamwork
• Demonstrate flexibility by being available to meet business and client needs, including working outside typical hours when necessary
• Identify and implement growth opportunities to expand the agency's reach and impact within the community

Qualifications:
• 3-5 years of experience in the home care or medical field
