Fulfillment Scheduling Coordinator
Location: Culver, Oregon
Reports To: Site Manager – Culver

Position Summary
The Fulfillment Scheduling Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting production planning, order fulfillment, and market growth initiatives at our Culver site. This position is ideal for a candidate with a preferred background in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or operations who is seeking foundational training and growth within a dynamic fulfillment environment. The role supports dimensional product programs, coordinates scheduling activities across multiple systems, partners with leadership on forecasting and planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfillment & Production Scheduling
- Coordinate and maintain production schedules daily to support dimensional products and customer demand
- Create, edit, and manage dimensional orders, acknowledgments, and product codes
- Adjust weekly schedules based on inventory levels, material availability, and production priorities
- Collaborate with operations, inventory, and logistics teams to resolve scheduling conflicts
Planning, Forecasting & Systems
- Enter, update, and track orders across multiple facilities and systems
- Monitor inventory, purchase orders, and material flow to ensure production continuity
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for scheduling, costing, and fulfillment
Logistics & Material Coordination
- Track inbound and outbound materials, including rail logistics on the BNSF website and shipping coordination
- Support material receiving, allocation, and inventory adjustments
- Assist with documentation for invoicing, tallying, and dispatch activities
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, production planning, or scheduling preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with scheduling or production software is helpful
- Experience in shipping and inventory programs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
