Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial statements and reports
- Monitor daily financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting policies
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies
- Help prepare budgets and forecasts
- Provide support during audits and assist in implementing recommendations
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff as needed
- Stay informed about industry trends and changes in accounting regulations
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or finance preferred
