We are hiring a Hands-On GenAI Lead to lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-scale Generative AI solutions. This is a senior individual contributor role requiring deep technical expertise and hands-on experience building production-ready GenAI platforms.
Required Skills:
- 8 years of Software Engineering / AI / ML experience
- 4 years delivering production GenAI / LLM solutions
- Expert in Python (Java/TypeScript is a plus)
- Strong experience with OpenAI API, LangChain, Hugging Face
- Hands-on with CrewAI, LangGraph, or other multi-agent orchestration frameworks
- Experience building RAG pipelines, embeddings, vector databases, document chunking, and retrieval optimization
- PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX
- FastAPI, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
- Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform cloud platforms
- Enterprise GenAI architecture and platform design
Preferred Skills:
- AI governance and Responsible AI
- Multi-agent AI systems in production
- Enterprise AI platform/framework development
- Experience in regulated or high-risk environments
