Required Certifications
• AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (minimum) – for AWS cost tooling literacy
• AWS Cloud Financial Management / FinOps Foundation Certified Practitioner (FOCP) – preferred
• PMP or equivalent project management certification – preferred
• CPA, CFA, or equivalent financial qualification – preferred
Required Experience
• 7 years of financial management, cost governance, or program finance experience
• 3 years managing cloud cost governance on AWS using Cost Explorer, Budgets, and Cost & Usage Reports (CUR)
• Experience tracking T&M and fixed-price contract financials in professional services environments
• Proficiency in billing systems, ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or equivalent), and financial modeling in Excel
• Experience with earned value management (EVM) and financial variance analysis
• Familiarity with government or enterprise contract billing requirements preferred
• Strong communication skills for translating complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders
Salary : $60 - $65
