What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Laborers position at Bright Sky Group of Services?
We are now in search of General Laborers for our location in Bloomfield, CT!
Job Responsibilities:
- Load and unload merchandize from the trucks.
- Secure and wrap packages using protective plastic to prepare for safe loading and transport.
- Manually handle and move materials in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Accurately scan packages and sort them into designated staging or loading areas.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace by removing trash, excess plastic wrap, and empty boxes.
Schedules Available:
MONDAY - THURSDAY
- (1st shift) 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM. (40 hours)
- (2nd shift) 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM. (40 hours)
MONDAY - FRIDAY
- (1st shift) 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM. (40 hours)
FRIDAY - SUNDAY (Weekends)
- (1st shift) 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM. (36 hours)
- (2nd shift) 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM. (36 hours)
Starting pay rate: $16.94 per our! | WEEKLY PAY!
Requirements:
- Two valid, updated forms of ID.
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work.
- Warehouse experience preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- Background check and drug test will be conducted.
- Must be ready to start working as soon as possible.
