What are the responsibilities and job description for the Forklift Operator position at Bright Sky Group of Services?
We are now in search of Stand-up Forklift Operators for our location in Bloomfield, CT 06002.
*This is a temp-to-hire position for the right candidate*
Job duties:
- Operate Stand-Up Clamp, Pacer, and Reach Truck forklifts
- Load/unload construction materials from flatbed semi-trucks
- Support warehouse operations inside and outside the facility
Available Schedules:
- Weekdays: Monday to Thursday (40 hours/week)
- 1st shift: 6:00am - 4:30pm
- 2nd Shift: 5:00pm – 3:30am
- Weekdays: Monday to Friday (40 hours/week)
- Mid Shift: 10:00am - 6:30pm
- Weekends: Friday to Sunday (36 hours/week)
- 1st Shift: 6:00am – 6:30pm
- 2nd Shift: 6:00pm - 6:30am
Starting Hourly Pay Rate:
$19.00/hour. (Weekly Pay)
Requirements:
- Must be authorized to work lawfully in the U.S
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus.
- Provide two valid forms of ID (Photo ID & SSC)
- Updated resume required to apply.
- 2 years of experience operating a stand-up forklift.
- Stand-up Forklift Certification is preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Background Check and Drug test will be conducted.
- Availability to start working as soon as possible.
