If you've supported students with behavioral, social, communication, or academic needs, you're already familiar with building relationships, encouraging independence, and helping children reach their goals. We provide the training and support to help you transition into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)—no prior RBT certification is required.

What you'll do:
- Work one-on-one with children to build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
