As a key part of a child’s journey, you’ll work 1:1 with children in their home or community, helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills that support greater independence and connection.
Your work may include:

What You’ll Be Part Of
As a key part of a child’s journey, you’ll work 1:1 with children in their home or community, helping them build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills that support greater independence and connection.
Your work may include:
- Supporting children during play, routines, learning activities, and everyday interactions
- Using positive reinforcement and relationship-based strategies to help children succeed
- Implementing personalized therapy goals developed by your Clinical Partner (BCBA)
- Helping children improve communication, emotional regulation, and social skills
- Tracking session notes and bringing your own observations and ideas into care
- You are a Behavior Technician or open to becoming one (we’ll train you!)
- Live nearby and have reliable transportation
