Seeking an experienced IP Legal Administrative Professional to support a busy Intellectual Property practice. Key responsibilities include preparing and filing USPTO patent and trademark documents, managing client and matter files, coordinating with foreign associates, proofreading, maintaining docket deadlines, processing expenses and invoices, and handling attorney time entry and new‑matter intake.
Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, in‑depth knowledge of USPTO rules and online filing systems, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, legal document management systems, and IP docketing tools.
Five years of IP legal support experience is preferred, along with strong typing skills and the ability to work occasional overtime.
