Position Overview
The Director of Operations Execution is responsible for driving operational excellence by ensuring that strategic plans are translated into efficient, scalable, and measurable execution across the organization.
This role focuses on execution discipline, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination to deliver consistent business results.

Key Responsibilities
1. Execution Leadership
Drive the execution of key operational initiatives across the organization.
Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and day-to-day operations.
Track and enforce accountability for execution outcomes.
2. Operational Process Optimization
Design, implement, and improve operational workflows and processes.
Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
Standardize operating procedures (SOPs) across teams.
3. Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate across product, engineering, compliance, finance, and customer support teams.
Break down silos and ensure smooth collaboration.
Resolve operational bottlenecks quickly and effectively.
4. Performance Management & KPIs
Establish and monitor key operational metrics and dashboards.
Analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement areas.
Report execution performance to senior leadership.
5. Program & Initiative Management
Oversee execution of high-priority operational programs.
Ensure timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met.
Manage risks and adjust plans as needed.
6. Scaling Operations
Build scalable operational frameworks to support business growth.
Support expansion into new markets or products from an operations perspective.
Ensure operational readiness for launches and growth phases.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
15 years of experience in operations, program management, or business operations.
Proven experience in execution-heavy roles within complex organizations.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree.
Experience in fintech, trading platforms, or high-growth tech companies.
Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies.
