Front Desk Manager - Full Time Temporary

CREST provides rapid access to short-term, recovery-oriented crisis services to address both crisis intervention and stabilization for adults with a mental health crisis. Our crisis services help people as they navigate their crisis, overcome obstacles, and plan their ongoing mental health needs.

Position Title: Receptionist

Position Type: Full Time Temporary; 35 hours/weekly

Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and assist incoming callers
• Greet program consumers and walk ins
• Transfer calls and record messages for program staff
• Schedule appointments and route cancellation information to appropriate personnel
• Prepare client charts for physicians before appointment begins
• Schedule intakes
• Maintain a safe, neat and welcoming reception area
• Maintain confidential record keeping
  
  

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
