Ger Trucking is hiring experienced CDL A Team Drivers to run dedicated FedEx Ground routes out of Bloomington, CA. If you're looking for consistent miles, reliable weekly pay, and no-touch freight, we'd like to hear from you.
Pay & Benefits
- Average $1,800-$2,200 per driver per week
- $0.86 CPM per team ($0.43 CPM per driver)
- $500 Sign-On Bonus after 30 days
- Weekly direct deposit

- One week of paid vacation after 6 months
- Home between runs (typically 24-48 hours)
- Assigned trucks whenever possible (minimal slip seating)
Route Details
- FedEx Ground OTR Team Routes
- Terminal: 330 Resource Dr., Bloomington, CA
- Hub-to-Hub operation
- Drop & Hook
- No-Touch Freight
- Average 4,500-6,500 miles per week
- Late-model Freightliner & Volvo automatic sleeper trucks
Schedule
- Full-time
- Typically 4-5 days on the road, 1-2 days home
- Weekend availability required
- Dispatch window: 8:00 AM-1:00 PM
- Dispatch notifications provided approximately 24 hours in advance
- Routes and dispatch times vary based on freight volume
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Doubles endorsement required
- Minimum age: 21
- Able to read, write, and speak English
- Verifiable work history for the past 10 years
Experience Requirements
Must meet one of the following:
- 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years
- 5 years of tractor-trailer experience within the last 10 years
- 6 months of experience after graduating from a FedEx-approved driving school
