Duties
- Receive incoming shipments by verifying quantities and inspecting for damage
- Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling orders accurately
- Load and unload trucks safely with equipment such as forklifts while adhering to safety protocols
- Conduct regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain precise stock records
- Assist with warehouse distribution tasks including organizing storage areas and optimizing space utilization order fulfillment
Skills
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, shipping & receiving, or related roles with a focus on order fulfillment
- Certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
- Strong knowledge of order picking & packing processes as well as stock replenishment techniques
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and shipping labels
