Social Media Manager

Are you a creative storyteller who lives and breathes social media? We’re looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to own our brand’s voice across platforms, grow our online community, and drive engagement through impactful content.

About the Role:
As our Social Media Manager, you'll lead the strategy, content creation, and daily management of our social media channels. You’ll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to build brand awareness, connect with our audience, and turn followers into fans.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals
• Create, curate, and schedule content for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter)
• Monitor trends and conversations to keep content fresh, relevant, and engaging
• Analyze performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns based on insights
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, promotions, and brand messaging
• Engage with our online community—respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and authentic voice
• Manage paid social media campaigns to support growth and visibility

What You Bring:

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Sprout, Meta Business Suite)
• Creative eye for visuals, video, and trends (basic design or video editing skills are a plus!)
• Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices and algorithms
• Ability to manage multiple channels and projects simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
