Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing events from concept through completion
- Handle logistical details including vendor communication, venue setup, and supply management
- Create and manage event timelines, checklists, and budgets
- Support on-site event execution, including setup, registration, and breakdown
- Maintain event materials and promotional inventory
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across events
- Track attendee engagement and compile post-event feedback and reports
- Provide administrative support to the Events Manager and broader marketing team
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
- 1 years of event or administrative experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable working evenings or weekends when required for events
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Familiarity with event planning software or project management tools is a plus
