What You’ll Do:
- Provide classroom coverage when lead teachers are absent
- Support daily routines and maintain a safe, nurturing learning environment
- Assist with educational activities, meals, and transitions
- Collaborate with staff to ensure a positive experience for all children
Requirements:
- Valid NJ Substitute Teacher Certification (required)
- Experience working with young children (preferred)
- Dependable, flexible, and enthusiastic about early education
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
