What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Care Teacher position at Bright Beginnings Childcare and Learning Centers?
Bright Beginnings Childcare & Learning Center is looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic Teacher to join our team. Our teachers create a positive, nurturing environment where children feel safe, supported, and encouraged to learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement engaging lessons, activities, and classroom experiences
- Provide a safe and nurturing learning environment
- Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development
- Maintain positive communication with families and coworkers
- Follow state licensing regulations and center policies
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Two non-credit Early Childhood Education classes or equivalent required
- Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education preferred
- CPR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Willingness to become a member of The Registry

Pay: $17.00 - $19.50 per hour
