Responsibilities
- Supervising children during play, learning activities, meals, and nap times to ensure safety and engagement.
- Creating lesson implementation, activity setup, and clean-up to foster a stimulating learning environment.
- Provide one-on-one attention and care to children as needed, especially during transitions or when additional supervision is required.
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding children's daily experiences, behaviors, and developmental milestones.
- Follow all health and safety protocols, including first aid and CPR procedures, to respond effectively to emergencies or minor injuries.
- Enforce classroom rules and behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions among children.
- Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the daycare center to ensure a safe and welcoming space for everyone.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining flexibility across different classroom assignments.
