Briggs International, is seeking a passionate, success driven Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Corona, CA, office
The Ideal candidate will have previous experience providing administrtrative support to multiple teams or groups. We are looking for a motivated and proactive team player who has a passion for supporting others and can puickly establish themselves ina a sometimes fast-paced office environment. Preferred hours are 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.
Job Duties:
- Assist in office management and organizational procedures
- Attentions to detail and ability to organize task and meet deadlines
- excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software
- Preform other duties as assigned
- Bilingual Preferred
Essential Job Duties
- Data Entry
- Code Invoices
- Supports Managers in payroll process
- Assist inmaintenance of contracts with vendors
- Assis with preparing confidential documents and reports
- Live Scan Operator
- Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Ablility to create compose and edit written materials
- Assist in new hire process
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
