What You’ll Do
- Lead cross-functional integration projects from planning through post-close.
- Coordinate teams across HR, Finance, IT, Compliance, Operations, and more.
- Serve as the main point of contact for integration activities and executive updates.
- Drive Day 1 readiness, post-close execution, and continuous process improvements.
- 5 years in M&A integration, project management, or strategic operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in healthcare and EMR systems a plus.
- Organized, adaptable, and results-driven.
