Description

Training Delivery & Facilitation

  • Plan, schedule, and facilitate live virtual training sessions, webinars, and small-group workshops tailored to the needs of attorneys and legal staff across multiple firms.
  • Deliver engaging, role-based training on enterprise legal software platforms and productivity tools, ensuring content is relevant to attorneys' day-to-day workflows.
  • Adapt delivery style and content complexity to varied audiences, from tech-savvy associates to senior partners with varying levels of software proficiency.
  • Serve as a responsive training resource for individual and group questions, providing guidance on best practices and platform-specific workflows.

Training Content Development

  • Design and develop a comprehensive library of training materials including step-by-step user guides, reference cards, job aids, and policy-aligned documentation.
  • Produce professional-quality instructional videos and on-demand eLearning content that attorneys and staff can access asynchronously.
  • Build and maintain modular training curricula that can be scaled across the multi-firm environment as the organization grows toward 1,500 attorneys.
  • Collaborate with the Director, User Experience and other stakeholders to ensure training content reflects current platform versions, firm-specific configurations, and evolving best practices.
  • Continuously assess and refresh existing training materials to reflect software updates, new feature rollouts, and user feedback.

Needs Assessment & Program Strategy

  • Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps, adoption barriers, and opportunities for targeted learning interventions.
  • Partner with IT, practice group leaders, and firm administrators to understand operational workflows and align training programs accordingly.
  • Track training participation, completion, and effectiveness metrics; report insights to the Director, User Experience and recommend improvements.
  • Support the onboarding of lateral hires and new attorneys with structured software orientation programs.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work closely with firm leadership, practice group coordinators, and department heads to anticipate training needs driven by firm growth and new software deployments.
  • Serve as a liaison between end users and the IT team, surfacing usability challenges and user feedback to inform platform configurations and support strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships across a geographically dispersed, remote-first organization, demonstrating the ability to build trust and credibility without in-person interaction.

Requirements

Industry Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience within the legal industry, with direct exposure to the operational and technological needs of attorneys in a law firm environment.
  • Prior experience in a BigLaw or global law firm setting is required; familiarity with multi-office or multi-firm environments is strongly preferred.
