Software licensing, SaaS, and platform deals
IP-driven M&A and financing support
Collaboration, supply, and distribution agreements
E-commerce and digital media transactions
Legal diligence on cutting-edge AI and emerging tech
What You Bring
3–5 years of tech transactions experience at a peer firm
Sophisticated drafting and negotiation skills
Strong academic credentials; science/tech background a plus
Bar admission in the state you are applying or ability to quickly waive in.
Bonus: AI or machine learning legal engagement exposure
