What We’re Looking For

• 3–4 years of real estate transactional experience from a peer firm
  

• Strong deal sheet that includes joint ventures, financings, and acquisitions/dispositions
  

• Experience working with REITs, funds, and complex portfolio transactions
  

• Proficiency across all asset types: office, residential, retail, industrial, hospitality, land
  

• NY or MA Bar admission or ability to waive in
