What You’ll Do:
✔ Be the Backbone of Quality Assurance – Collect, review, and validate production documentation, ensuring everything is in top shape
✔ Support Continuous Improvement – Collaborate with the team to enhance processes and maintain high-quality standards
✔ Master the Details – Oversee inspections, audits, and compliance programs, from metal detector checks to pest control monitoring
✔ Train & Empower – Help educate employees on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food safety, and sanitation processes
✔ Tackle Challenges Head-On – Identify non-conformities and develop solutions that improve quality and customer satisfaction
✔ Grow with Us – Work closely with the Quality Manager to update procedures and support new initiatives
What You Bring to the Table:
🔹 Experience – 2-3 years in manufacturing, preferably in the food industry, with experience in Quality Assurance and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
🔹 Education – High school diploma or GED required
🔹 Certifications – PCQI (Preventive Controls for Human Food) certification is a major plus
🔹 Skills – Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a strong problem solver
🔹 Languages – Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus!

Hours: 8–10 hours per day
Shifts: Day, Mid, or Night shifts; 4–5 days per week
Additional Requirements: Schedule may include weekends; flexibility is required
Salary : $24 - $26
