Bridor is hiring Bakers to support production at our new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Salt Lake City. We're looking for experienced baking professionals who understand large-scale production, take pride in product quality, and thrive in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Schedule

Training Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• Schedule may vary based on training and operational needs

Regular Production Schedule

• Monday – Wednesday
• 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Three 12.5-hour shifts per week

What You'll Do

• Produce high-quality baked products in a large-scale manufacturing environment
• Monitor baking, proofing, and product quality throughout production
• Follow recipes, formulas, and production specifications
• Conduct quality checks and make process adjustments as needed
• Support product testing and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain food safety, quality, and GMP standards
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of baking, pastry, commercial bakery, or food manufacturing experience
• Experience with dough handling, proofing, and baking processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Basic computer skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Food manufacturing experience preferred
