A Shift: 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM M-Th
$17.00/hour during training (usually 12 weeks)

Job Description:
As a Collator, you will play a crucial role in the final stages of our printing process. Your primary responsibility will be to organize and assemble printed materials according to specific job specifications. Key Responsibilities:
- Sort and organize printed materials for collating.
- Operate collating and finishing equipment.
- Ensure all printed materials are assembled accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards of production.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a printing or production environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with collating and finishing equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Ability to stand for 10-hour shifts.
- Requires bending, stooping, reaching, and twisting.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs overhead.
