What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Maintenance Crew Members position at BridgeWorks Co?
Position: CREW MEMBER
Salary Range: $12 to $14/hour depending upon experience
Job Duties: Maintain routine care and upkeep of assigned properties that involve:
- Mowing of grass using Z-turn commercial mowers
- Edging of curbs and flower beds
- Trim grass with weed eater
- Blowing of leaves and brush
- Pruning of trees and shrubs
- General cleanup
- Assist with occasional small enhancement projects
Requirements:
- Knowledge and skill in operating lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to work a normal Monday-Friday work week. Shifts vary 7:00 am – 4:00 pm, with potential overtime, including Saturdays, when needed during the growing season.
