- Operate mill, router, saw, and gluing machines
- Organize product parts per the job order
- Retrieve, stack, and prepare lumber and wood materials for production.
- Verify measurements and ensure products meet quality specifications.
- Set up and make adjustments to machinery as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work closely with teammates to meet daily production goals while maintaining Bridgewood's quality standards.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Frequent use of hands and arms to operate machinery and handle materials.
- Regular lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds or more (anything over 50lbs would require a team lift)
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday.
