What You’ll Do
- Lead our housekeeping and laundry team with a focus on service, hospitality, and resident satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting atmosphere throughout our community, ensuring every guest and resident feels at home.
- Train, mentor, and inspire staff to provide exceptional service and attention to detail.
- Manage schedules, budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships while upholding high-quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and safety regulations without compromising the “home-like” feel we strive for.
- Respond promptly and graciously to residents and family needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of leadership experience in housekeeping or environmental services, ideally in LTC, SNF required– a background in hospitality and/or hotel welcome.
- A proven ability to inspire and lead a team with professionalism and warmth.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and presentation.
- A service-oriented, resident-first approach.
- Knowledge of cleaning practices, infection control, and safety standards.
