Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an established portfolio of business banking relationships
- Develop new commercial lending and deposit opportunities throughout greater Fort Wayne
- Structure and manage business loans, lines of credit, equipment financing and real estate-secured transactions
- Analyze financial statements, tax returns and cash flow
- Build relationships with local business owners and centers of influence
- Work directly with senior lending and executive leadership
