What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Tax Manager position at Bridgeway Partners, Inc.?
- Lead all indirect tax operations for a large, complex industrial organization, including sales/use, property, excise, GST/HST, and other state and local taxes.
- Manage compliance, audits, tax planning, and controversy matters while partnering cross-functionally with accounting, legal, treasury, operations, and finance teams.
- Oversee and mentor a team of tax professionals across multiple locations, providing technical guidance, development, and process leadership.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within the tax function, leveraging ERP and tax technology platforms including systems such as Oracle, SAP, and OneSource.

- 5 years of experience in a corporate tax department or public accounting firm working directly on the preparation and review of complex indirect tax returns, preferably property tax.
