Position Summary
Bridgeway Center, Inc. (BCI) is seeking a qualified **Substance Treatment and Recovery Program Manager (STARPM)** to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services and Detoxification (Detox) Unit Counselors.
In this role you will work with substance use clients to effectively address clients' care by screening, assessing needs, developing, monitoring, and facilitating interdisciplinary approaches. Behavioral Wellness Clinic (BWC) offers services that help individuals link to needed psychiatric services including services for MAT. This includes direct assistance in gaining access to the MAT program, Coordination of Care (CoC), oversight of the entire case, and linkage to appropriate services. MAT Coordinator includes (1) Point of Contact (POC) for clients interested in the MAT program (2) assessment of the eligible client to determine service's needs; (3) refer the client for needed services and set up the client with needed appointments; (4) monitoring and follow-up; and (5) enter and discharge clients and services into Florida Alcohol and Drug Abuse Association (FADAA) data base as needed. BWC educates persons served and their support system regarding diagnosis, treatment, and recovery. This position will work with clients in the Judicial system.
This leadership role is responsible for ensuring efficient Detox Recovery Counselor operations, high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and effective supervision of direct care staff. The STARPM will collaborate closely with medical providers, behavioral health leadership, and executive management to support BCI's mission of providing compassionate, ethical, and effective care.
Key Responsibilities Include
Oversee daily Detox Counselor operations, workflows, and staffing
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and accreditation standards
Support quality improvement initiatives and patient experience outcomes
Supervise, coach, and evaluate Recovery Counselors
Manage scheduling, patient flow, and coordination of services
Partner with leadership on operational performance and Detoxification (Detox) growth
