Join Bridgeway Billing, the premier mental health insurance billing company, as we advocate for patients and families receiving mental health treatment. We're currently seeking a dedicated full-time Claims Specialist to join our team. The job is remote, but hiring is limited to Utah, Florida and Nevada.
Responsibilities:
- File mental health insurance claims efficiently.
- Follow up on overdue claims diligently.
- Identify and address discrepancies in payments, resolving errors promptly.
- Appeal denied claims effectively.
- Negotiate higher reimbursement rates for low-paying claims whenever possible.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, during business hours.
- Flexibility in work hours.
- Starting pay between $19 and $21 per hour, based on experience.
Requirements:
- Experience in mental health claims.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Detail-oriented with strong numerical skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
Strongly Preferred:
- Prior experience in health insurance claims.
- Background in mental health services.
