Primary Purpose:
To serve as a high-level operational leader and strategic partner, walking alongside the Director of Escalate Leadership Development and Coaching, to manage and execute all aspects of service delivery for the Escalate Leadership Development and Coaching® enterprise. This role focuses on facilitating transformative professional learning experiences, providing individual and team coaching services, and managing project workflows to build leadership capacity and ultimately improve student outcomes.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification
- Master’s degree required.
- Texas principal certification required.
- Central office experience preferred.
- ICF Credentialing: Must be on an active pathway to earning the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential or already hold an ICF ACC credential.

Major Responsibilities and Duties:
- Coordinate daily operations to ensure all scheduled coaching sessions and learning events occur as planned.
- Lead, design, and deliver customized professional development sessions, both in-person and virtually, for an audience of executive leaders.
- Provide high-level individual coaching to an assigned portfolio of leaders, maintaining a professional partnership that meets or exceeds client satisfaction benchmarks as measured by program surveys.
- Serve as an instructor for the Escalate Coach Training Programs, facilitating sessions that lead participants to achieve documented ACC-level competencies as defined by the program rubric.
- Ensure participating leaders demonstrate and articulate growth in key leadership competencies as evidenced by competency artifacts and program assessments.
- Support the facilitation of recurring "Wisdom Circles" for the Escalate coaching team to foster a community of practice rooted in humility and collective growth.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of client contracts in coordination with the Director and the Region 16 ESC business office, ensuring that 100% of invoicing, service-hour tracking, and documentation are accurate and all contractual obligations are executed within established ESC and contractual timelines.
- Collaborate with the Director of Escalate Leadership Development and Coaching and the Region 16 ESC marketing department to execute brand engagement initiatives, including content contribution and stakeholder outreach, that meet established growth milestones for the Escalate digital footprint.
- Maintain a dedicated, professional workspace for virtual service delivery that is organized and free from significant audible or visual distractions during client engagements to ensure a professional presence.
- Assist in the creation and customization of coaching content, tools, and resources to meet diverse customer needs.
- Implement evaluation and feedback mechanisms to assess client satisfaction and coaching effectiveness.
- Collect and organize program data to support the evaluation of outcomes and continuous improvement efforts.
- Maintain accurate program and client records in accordance with established retention requirements and confidentiality standards.
- Travels as a part of job responsibilities.
- Maintains a functioning cell phone and is accessible through this phone as deemed appropriate by the service area director. A functioning cell phone means that it is charged, activated, messages checked, and mailbox emptied regularly.
