Bridgeway is seeking a Quality Systems Coordinator to support and maintain the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS). In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring Bridgeway stays compliant with ISO 9001 standards, Department of Labor (DOL) regulations, and internal procedures. This role works closely with production and program staff to promote consistent quality practices while supporting a mission-driven environment that serves individuals with disabilities in vocational settings.
Summarized Essential Duties:
- Coordinate and maintain all ISO 9001 QMS documentation.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Monitor compliance with DOL standards and internal policies.
- Collect, track, and report quality and compliance data.
- Support production teams with quality standards and process adherence.
- Assist with quality-related staff training.
- Maintain accurate time study and DOL compliance records.
- Collaborate across departments to support continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Experience with ISO 9001 QMS and regulated production environments.
- Familiarity with DOL standards.
- Experience supporting individuals with disabilities in a vocational setting is a plus.

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
