Schedule & Pay
- Full-Time
- Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday
- Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $22 - $26 per hour (based on experience)
What You'll Do
- Assist with general maintenance and repairs throughout the community
- Help maintain resident apartments and common areas
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry tasks
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Support the Maintenance Director with projects and daily tasks
- Ensure the community remains clean, safe, and well-maintained
What We're Looking For
- Previous maintenance or handyman experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- Excellent customer service skills when interacting with residents and staff
