WHAT YOUR DAY AS A FULL- OR PART-TIME DINING ROOM SERVER *ACTUALLY* LOOKS LIKE
You welcome residents with warmth and attentiveness, take and deliver orders with care and accuracy, and create a comfortable, inviting dining environment where people feel valued. You collaborate closely with kitchen and dining room teammates, keep shared spaces clean and organized, and build genuine connections that brighten residents' days. No two shifts feel exactly the same, but each one gives you the chance to contribute, learn, and make a positive impact through simple, meaningful service.
YOU'LL WORK THESE HOURS AS OUR DINING ROOM SERVER
This role is available in both full-time and part-time schedules and requires open availability to serve residents during breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
- 16 years old
- No prior food service experience required - we're happy to train the right person!
- Reliable transportation
- Patient, responsible, and caring with seniors
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Available to serve senior residents during breakfast, lunch, and dinner times
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
