- Competitive annual salary starting at $80,000-$90,000, depending on experience

What You'll Do
As the Dining Services Director, you'll be responsible for both the culinary and operational success of our dining program. Your day-to-day will include:
- Overseeing preparation and service of meals and snacks by your kitchen staff.
- Managing budgets, food purchasing, invoices, and inventory control.
- Supervising and training a team of dining associates to provide exceptional service.
- Planning menus and preparing meals for holidays, special occasions, and catered events.
- Adhere to individual diet needs and plans.
- Ensuring residents enjoy a high-quality dining experience that reflects creativity and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
- Current Serve Safe Certification
- Culinary arts training or degree
- Experience with financial oversight in a food service department
- Background working in Senior Living preferred, but not required
